The Black Swan Hotel - Devizes, Wiltshire

On several occasions, guests and staff members alike have witnessed what can only be described as a transparent figure of a woman in a long flowing white dress in many of the rooms of the hotel. Several sightings have forced the guests to vacate the room in sheer fright at what they had witnessed.

The story is of a young woman who wears a long flowing dress and has been reported several times to appear through the walls of the rooms and sit down for a second or two and stare out of the window. She then rises and leaves the room again through another wall!

Several ghostly reports have surfaced around the cellar area, where many paranormal investigators caught what they believed to be a face coming through the wall of the cellar…
