Join Haunted rooms as we investigate this isolated Victorian manor house in Pembrokeshire

Scolton Manor is Grade II listed building that dates back to 1840. Situated on the edge of the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park and surrounded by nature, this idyllic country house is a terrifying proposition in the dead of night.

The manor is believed to be haunted by members of the Higgon family, who were prominent members of Pembrokeshire society. Three Higgon family members held the position of High Sheriff of Pembrokeshire, including the last resident, Lt Col John Henry Victor Higgon (1902-1987).

There have been several strange occurrences over the years, with many members of staff and visitors reporting disembodied footsteps, and phantom singing and talking coming from empty rooms.

Dark shadow figures are often seen moving down seemingly empty hallways and in the dark corners of the manors’ many rooms.

During past paranormal investigations, people have experienced being poked, and unexplainable sounds, and they’ve had countless interactions using paranormal equipment.

There’s considerable history held within the walls and grounds of this foreboding location, and you have exclusive access with a member of our team to carry out vigils in the most haunted areas!

Event Details

Event Location: Scolton Manor, Bethlehem, Haverfordwest SA62 5QL

Time: 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Arrive from 7:30 PM). Please be there before 8 PM as we may not be able to let you in after this time as investigations will have started.

Access & Parking: There is ample free parking at the venue.

Accessibility: The location is not wheelchair friendly and may be difficult for those with mobility issues as we will be using stairs. There are disabled toilet facilities.

Please Note: All guests must be 18 years or older. Not suitable for those who are heavily pregnant. Guests are strongly advised to wear comfortable shoes and warm layered clothing.

What to Bring?

You’re welcome to bring your own equipment, though we will be providing paranormal equipment to use.

The investigation will be in darkness so please bring a torch with you.

Although snacks and drinks are provided, you’re welcome to bring your own. There are also facilities to make both hot and cold drinks, which are provided also.

And of course, bring your phone/camera with you, the more pictures we have the better chance we have of capturing something!

Other than that, just yourself and an open mind!
