Common Questions

Who provides the banner graphics?

You will supply the images of the appropriate size. They can be uploaded to the advertising system any time after purchase, the graphics do not have to be ready before you make a purchase.

Can I change the graphics once uploaded?

Yes. You can login to our advertising system  and make any changes you like to your ad. Once your edit has been made, I will need to approve before the changes take affect.

How long will the ads show for?

Once you make an ad purchase, and your ad and payment are approved your ad will begin to show immediately. You will then be charged on an ongoing monthly basis. You can then cancel your ad at any time.

Can I check the stats for my ad(s)?

Yes. Before you make a purchase you will need to create an account with our advertising system. As soon as payment is received and your ad is approved you will begin to see your ad(s) performance(s) in your own account. Stats you will be shown include number of impressions, number of clicks, and CTR %.

How are payments made?

Our advertising system accepts payments via Paypal. You can pay through Paypal with your credit card without a Paypal account. 

Once you setup your first payment, you will then be charged on an ongoing monthly basis through Paypal subscription. Again, you can cancel this payment any time you like through our advertising system.

 

**Please note: There are no refunds made on campaigns that have already been paid or delivered regardless of performance. Of course if there are technical problems on our site that directly affect the performance of your ad, refunds will be considered.
